OFFICE HOURS

Our office hours are designed to meet the needs of your busy schedule:

MONDAY, TUESDAY & THURSDAY
7:30 am --- 5:30 pm

WEDNESDAY
7:30 am --- 7:00 pm

FRIDAY
7:30 am --- 5:00 pm

SATURDAY
8:00 am --- 12:00 pm (noon)

Please arrive a few minutes early for your appointment so that your pet can weigh in and we can update your pet's record.

Running Late?
If you are late, there may not be adequate time left of your appointment to take care of your pet's needs. The receptionist will check with a Doctor to make sure that we can still give your pet proper treatment at that time. It may be in your pets best interest to reschedule if you are late.

Cancellations
We require 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. This allows us to open the appointment time for another client. Without prior notice, you may be charged for a missed appointment. Please phone the hospital during regular business hours to reschedule any appointment you must cancel.
